B150 Box assembler for B1 boxes

The B1 box packing system has three synchronised stations for forming, packing and closing boxes.

The B150 version, consisting of a Cartesian robot, correctly handles and places the products in each box according to the desired and configured groupings.

INDUSTRIES

• Beverages
• Food • Chemical
• Pharmaceutical / Cosmetics
• Industry

BENEFITS

• Synchronised stational operation
• Up to 7 cycles/min
• Up to 150 kg to handle
• Quick format changes
  • Fully synchronised overall operation regardless of the machine’s working speed.
  • Side entry of containers via conveyor with stainless steel chassis and continuous plastic belt drive system.
  • Box conveyor with stainless steel chassis and triple traction system with two parallel chains made of acetal material.
  • Grill-funnel elevator with double pneumatic drive. The vertical guides are parallel, treated and rectified.
  • Simple, fast and precise head movement, enabling containers to be inserted into the box very smoothly, without vibrations or sudden lateral movements. The head movement is configured for each container height, minimising speeds and movements.
  • Floating, quick-change or multi-format heads with anomaly detection system and instant machine stop. There is the possibility of installing a special self-adjusting head, programmed for different container sizes.
  • The machine is controlled via a multifunction colour touchscreen display, which provides the operator with all the information necessary for correct operation and adjustment.
  • A group of photocells monitors the presence of containers that have fallen or been left behind by the head, triggering an alarm.
  • CE certification at all levels.

FORMERS: The station-based case packing system has two former options for the complete automation of the forming and case packing of the final product. The E150 and E250 models vary depending on the characteristics of the product and its grouping, achieving a maximum speed of 25 boxes/min.

CLOSING MACHINE: The C250 closing machine completes the cartoning process with a station designed to fold and close the top flaps with tape or hot melt.

All options available in the technical data sheet.

Product boxing is not simply a final stage in the production line; the incorporation of an automated boxing system optimises times, reduces human error and ensures that each unit reaches its destination in optimal condition. Beyond its logistical function, boxing plays a key role in protecting the product from impact, contamination or alteration during storage and transport. An efficient boxing system ensures that each box contains the correct quantity, is securely arranged, and complies with both customer and distribution regulations.
